Floe X Radius Coffee Table

This collaboration with Studio Maximilian Beck brings together qualities that don’t usually balance easily: weight and lightness, mass and line, solidity and movement.

Designed by Pablo Octavio the aluminium base is made to to feel light and restrained. Its fine structure blends into the space around it. Curved panels create a gentle rhythm and suggest movement, even though the form is precise and controlled. It doesn’t demand attention, it supports.

Above it, the cast glass top made by Studio Maximilian Beck creates a clear contrast. Thick and heavy, its surface feels like a frozen moment, similar to ice caught mid-melt. When light passes through, it scatters and reveals textured, crystal-like patterns inside. The glass shifts between transparent and opaque, holding light within its mass. Its weight feels both physical and visual, grounding the piece.
